自动变速器液压系统设计与动态特性仿真

摘    要:设计出一个全新的自动变速器液压系统.通过理论计算获得各个阀体的具体参数.采用ITI-SimulationX仿真软件建立了自动变速器液压系统动态仿真模型.对比仿真结果和理论计算结果,确定了仿真模型的正确性.对液压系统的每一个阀体元件的动态特性进行了仿真.对系统压力阀,换挡操纵机构,液力变矩器以及润滑系统作了压力和流量的动态变化分析.在实际的工业应用上,理论算法和动态仿真模型在设计中结合是切实可行的.研究结果可以作为自动变速器液压系统设计和优化的有效依据.
