激光陀螺背向散射研究综述

摘    要:背向散射直接影响激光陀螺的锁区,是阻碍激光陀螺精度提升的主要因素之一。首先,阐述了背向散射与锁区的联系,介绍了背向散射的成因、分类及分析方法。其次,简述了背向散射的检测方法和抑制措施。最后,对背向散射研究现状进行了总结,并对未来发展进行了探讨。研究成果可指导激光陀螺研制过程中的背向散射控制,有助于提升激光陀螺精度水平。

Review of Backscattering in Ring Laser Gyroscope

Abstract:Backscattering directly affects the lock-in threshold of ring laser gyroscope, and it is one of the main factors that hindering the further improvement of ring laser gyroscope accuracy. At first, the relationship between backscattering and lock-in phenomenon is explained, and the causes, classification and analysis methods of backscattering are introduced. Secondly, typical detection and suppression methods of backscattering are briefly described. Finally, the research on backscattering in ring laser gyroscope is summarized, and the prospect in the future is presented. This review is of guiding significance for backscattering control in the production process of ring laser gyroscope, and is helpful to improve the accuracy of ring laser gyroscope.
