削弱齿槽转矩的定子结构设计

摘    要:齿槽转矩会引起电机的振动和噪声,对精密设备产生巨大的影响。为了最小化齿槽转矩,将定子齿设计成无齿靴状,并在齿牙处开设燕尾槽。采用拼接式结构去除槽开口,既能降低齿槽转矩,又能方便嵌线。利用有限元法验证了上述结构减小齿槽转矩的有效性,并分析了其对电机性能的影响。

Abstract:The cogging torque which brings vibration and noise to the motor, has a huge impact on the device. In order to minimize the cogging torque, the stator tooth is designed without the tooth boot, and a dovetail groove is arranged on the teeth. Removing the slot opening by splicing type structure can reduce the cogging torque, which can convenience the insertion of the line. The finite element method is used to verified the structure validity of weakening cogging torque, and its influence for the performance of the motor is also analyzed.
