基于模型的数字式电液作动器智能控制方法

摘    要:本文针对数字式电液作动器的位置控制展开研究,提出了一种基于模型的算法,能够实时的对数字式电液作动器系统的状态进行预测,根据预测的状态完成位置控制。在阀脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation, PWM)方法和脉冲数量调制(Pulse Number Modulation, PNM)方法的基础上,改进了数字阀系统的控制方法。建立了完整的数字式电液作动器系统的模型,通过软件联合仿真得到作动器的控制结果。最终结果表明:采用基于模型的算法,能够使得作动器的追踪精度达到0.5mm。与传统方法相比,此方法逻辑简单,可行性强,控制效果较好。

Mode Based Intelligent Control Method for Digital Electro-hydraulic Actuator

Abstract:In this paper, the position control of digital electro-hydraulic actuator is studied, and a model-based algorithm is proposed, which can predict the state of digital electro-hydraulic actuator system in real time, and control the position of actuator according to the predicted sate. Based on Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Pulse Number Modulation (PNM), the control method of digital valve system is improved. A complete digital electro-hydraulic actuator system model is established, and the control results of the actuator are obtained by co-simulation. The final results show that the tracking accuracy of the actuator can reach 0.5mm by using the model-based algorithm. Compared with traditional methods, this method has simple logic, strong feasibility and better control effect.
