Abstract: | In recent years, the electric servo mechanism has been widely used in the aerospace field, forming a new way of achieving thrust vector control and rudder surface control, and promoting the diversified development of servo power supplies. This paper studies the development status of power supply technology of electric servo mechanism in launch vehicle, missile and aircraft. The application characteristics and future requirements of servo power supply in various scenarios are sorted out, and the technical features of various types of servo power supply such as common thermal batteries, zinc-silver batteries, lithium-ion batteries and turbine power generation are compared. The future development direction of the servo power supply featuring high voltage, high specific power, high specific capacity (new battery, turbine power generation), integration/intelligence/high reliability and so on is proposed. |
