摘    要:应用现代通信理论对成像系统进行了分析,建立了模拟和数字图像的目标信息密度模型。利用目标信息密度增量评估了亚像元技术的应用;讨论了系统调制传递函数(MTF)和信号噪声比(SNR)对目标信息密度的影响,发现目标信息密度随SNR提高而提高,MTF的影响与目标统计特性有关。

Abstract:The modern communication theory is used in the analysis of imaging systems. The object information density model is built for analogue and digital image respectively. The utility of sub pixel technology is evaluated with the increment of object information density. This model is applied in the design of linear array CCD camera, the effect of the system's modulation transfer function (MTF) and signal to noise ration (SNR) on the quality of images is studied. It is found that the image's object information density would improve with the lift of SNR, and the effect of MTF is related with object's characteristics.
