Abstract:In this paper, scientific objects and a technical scheme of a radiospectrograph with bandwidths from 0.5 GHz to 1.5 GHz are introduced.The main scientific objects are:(1) research on the positions of the acceleration regions;(2)research on the oscillations of the magnetic tubes with small scales;(3)multiwaveband research on the correlations between the fine structures of radio bursts and the HXR events.Some technical requirements and technological scheme such as system of antenna,feeder,reciever and spectral analyser are also given.
