精密谐波齿轮径向刚度测试与分析

摘    要:针对精密谐波齿轮存在输出轴扭转刚度不足的问题,为确定径向刚度对输出扭转刚度的影响,分析了二者之间的关系,设计了一种利用精密力传感器测力的谐波齿轮径向载荷加载装置,并结合三坐标测量机构成了精密谐波齿轮径向刚度测试系统.测试结果表明,径向刚度不是输出扭转刚度不足的主要原因.

Abstract:There exists the problem of insufficient output torsional stiffness in a precise harmonic gear.To assess the influence of radial stiffness on the output torsional stiffness,on the basis of analysis of the relationship between these two parameters,a special radial force loading and measuring equipment is designed,and for the harmonic gear a precise force sensor and a coordinate measuring machine(CMM) are used in this test system.Test results show that radial stiffness is not the main factor decreasing the output torsional stiffness of the precise harmonic gear.
