| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,电子商务模式悄然兴起.同时,电子商务中的法律纠纷日益频繁,在诉讼中如何举证,是本文阐述的主要内容.文章通过对传统法律规定与电子商务诉讼中的举证方式的比较,着重介绍了现代电子商务案件举证的关键问题,即如何进行电子数据公证和网络数据保全,为电子商务诉讼案件的胜诉奠定了基础.
