| 摘 要： | 在对陕西省29所高校图书馆1996～2002年期间发表的论文进行统计分析后得出高校图书馆工作人员从事科研水平的高低与学校对科研的重视程度相关;高校图书馆工作人员科研论文被核心期刊录用的多少与高校教职工的科研水平的高低密切相关;高校图书馆工作人员科研论文被引用篇次的多少反映了该馆的工作人员吸收、借鉴先进的科学技术的能力强弱。

| Abstract: | This paper statistically analyzes the published papers for 29 colleges libraries of Shaanxi province and deduces some conclusion: research ability of librarian is relative to the recognition degree of colleges to research ; the numbers of published papers in core periodicals of librarian are seductive to the research ability of librarian; the numbers of cited papers in core periodicals of librarian formed the ability for absorbing and referencing advanced science and technology of librarian. |
