| 摘 要： | 教学资源共享是我国高等教育大众化进程的客观需要。高校可共享的教学资源包括师资资源、优质课程资源、网络课程资源、教学硬件设施资源、图书文献及电子信息资源等。实现教学资源共享的关键,是建立切实可行的共享机制。构建高校教学资源共享机制,必须对现有高校教学管理、行政管理、后勤管理等方面的制度进行相应配套改革,从而为教学资源共享的实施创造条件。
