| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志敏锐地把握国力竞争趋势发生的重大变化，创造性地提出了社会主义文化是综合国力的重要论断，形成了关于社会主义文化国力建设系统而深刻的思想。它继承和发展了马克思主义创始人关于精神生产力的观点，是我党对社会主义文化特征认识的深化和发展。
