| 摘 要： | 通过对建立高职特色的校外实训基地的经验介绍，分析了产学结合型实训基地建设的社会效益和经济效益，提出了从实训计划实施和基地建设方面提高学生综合素质、培养动手能力、开拓就业领域的途径。
