航空设备“未发现故障”的诊断与排除

摘    要:目的航空维修工作中对"未发现故障"的研究;方法从NFF的定义入手,具体分析其产生的原因;结果以某型飞机"转速急降"故障为例,采用基于本质参数测量的NFF诊断与排除方法来减少NFF故障发生率;结论提出相应的诊断与预防措施,并对当前NFF的现状提出几点对策与建议,供广大科研和工程人员借鉴。

Abstract:Aim Aviation repair work on "with no Failure Discovered" study.Methods Analyze reasons for the generation of NFF from its definition.Results Taking the "sharp decline of rotation" of a kind of aircraft as the example,adopt NFF diagnosis and elimination method based on essential parameter measurement to reduce NFF failure occurrence.Conclusion Bring forth the corresponding diagnosis and preventative measures,and offer several countermeasures and suggestions for the reference of scientific researchers and engineers.
