| 摘 要： | 高职院校师生关系总体比较自然、协调，但也存在一些问题。其原因一是信息传播渠道的多元化削弱了学生对教师的依赖关系，二是现有教学模式限制了师生的交往，三是教师的劳动特点影响了师生关系，四是辅导员制度造成学生心理错觉，五是学校规模扩张，教师顾此失彼。

| Abstract: | Student-teacher relationship in vocational college generally remain natural and harmonious,yet problems still existed.One of the factors is that the diversification of information spreading channels weakened students reliance on teachers,teaching mode limited teachers' communication and teacher's working features affected relationship,and assistant system has extensively affected students attention,and schools rapid development. |
