| 摘 要： | 高校新一轮课程改革重视课程资源的开发与利用，积极开发和利用英语课程资源是保证新课程实施的基本条件。要开发与利用英语课程资源的，首先要利用好教材，发挥教材的多种功能，在此基础上，整合报刊网络信息资源，倡导生动活泼的自主学习方式；同时通过开展丰富的语言实践活动，创建有利于英语学习的校园环境。

To exploit and utilize the curricula rest on the multifunctional exertion and integrate informative resource on the network and promote vigorous self-research mode to create and construct campus environment favorable for English learning by developing abundant linguistic practical activities. |
