| 摘 要： | 从分析王安石变法的主要内容中，探讨了王安石的理财思想，即以发展整个社会的生产为立足点。他的理财思想符合一定的社会经济发展规律，具有超越时代的先进性，并对封建社会的理财思想阐发了新的含义。这对于我国现代经济社会的国民生产总值的开发、利用、分配仍然具有重要的启示作用。
