| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展，高等职业技术学院将面临更加激烈的市场竞争，要保持长久的竞争优势，关键是要打造高职院校的核心竞争力，其核心竞争力在于识别和培育上。强化管理体制、人力资源机制和运行机制是培育核心竞争力的主要方法。
