| 摘 要： | 通过对我国大学生野外生存生活训练开展的现状与发展趋势分析，探讨在高职院校开展野外生存生活训练的可行性。开展野外生存生活训练可以完善体育课程体系，拓展体育课程内容，使学生掌握有关野外生存的基本知识和基本能力，促进高职学生身心健康和谐发展。
