中国学生习得英语关系从句的实证研究

摘    要:以中国学生为研究对象,对英语关系从句进行了习得研究。运用两种测试,即句子连接和合乎语法性判断来检测受试者对关系从句的掌握情况。结果显示修饰宾语关系从句的掌握要易于修饰主语的关系从句。该结论与Kuno提出的知觉困难假设完全相符。对中国英语教学具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The article carries out learning study on relational clauses with Chinese students as the subject.Two kinds of tests are applied to check students' master of relational clauses,namely sentence connection and grammatical judgment.Results show that it is easier to master relational clause modifying object than that modifying subject,which is consistent with the Perceptual Difficulty Hypothesis brought forth by Kuno.This is of practical significance for Chinese students' in learning English.
