| Abstract: | When the society develops into the knowledge economy time which is leading by the high- tech information, the development of university journals is facing opportunities and challenges. Only when understanding the situation clearly, optimizing editional consciousness, improving service consciousness, enhancing their own quality in all areas, depending upon the editors＇ strong sense of duty and super hard service ability, the editors of journals can bear the responsibilities which the history endows with. |
