| 摘 要： | 在我国市场经济快速发展的背景下,随着高校校区规模的不断扩张,高校的房产管理工作面临着管理体制改革和服务水平提升的双重挑战。对高校房产管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,结合高校房产管理工作的实际情况,提出了改进高校房产管理的几点措施。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the continuous development of market economy ,the continuous devel-opment of colleges and universities and the expansion of their campuses make the property management of colleges and universities face the double challenges of management system reform and service level .This paper analyzes the problems with academic real estate management and proposes a series of measures to im-prove the management of university property in the light of the actual situation of property management in colleges and universities . |
