高频高速大流量数字电磁阀多孔油嘴的研发

摘    要:针对数字电磁阀在大流量状态下由于结构尺寸增大而带来的动作所需电磁力,油管直径扩大时存在的流量精确性和稳定性、节流与冲蚀等问题进行了分析,提出采用多孔油嘴解决以上问题;通过实例进行结构设计,运用AMESim仿真软件进行了仿真分析,证明该设计可行。

Abstract:The paper makes the analysis on the accuracy, stability, throttling and scouring of flow when the diameter of oil tube is expanded in the light of electromagnetic force needed by action of structural size increase under the high flow of digital electromagnetic valve, and suggests solving the above problems through multi-hole nozzle; the paper also carries out structural design through examples and also emulation analysis via AMESim emulation software, which proves that the design is feasible.
