| 摘 要： | 根据数字图像编码的现状，在分析目前图像压缩的常用方法优缺点的基础上，采用小波变换，对不同视觉敏感的频段采用不同分辨率的量化同时，结合非均匀量化和Huffman编码，对图像进行混合编码压缩，获得了好的压缩效果。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the current status of digital photo encoding,the essay adopted wavelet transformation to utilize different definition rate via diverse visual sensibility on the basis of analyzing the pros and cons of the current photo compressing,combining non-uniform quantization and Huffman encoding to execute mixing encoding and attained benign effect. |
