| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the status quo of in- school training mode of teachers in distance institutions of higher learning, the article suggests that the teachers should construct the mechanism combining passive orga-nization and active organization, make full use of distance training technologies and ways, set up special fund for teacher training, and establish the training mode guided by experts. |
