| Abstract: | Orthogonal parameter optimization design method of helical gears is studied in this paper. The most marked factors affecting the quality of the gear transmission is conveniently selected by using the analysis of deviation.Optimization combinations of gear parameters then found by analysis of signal noise ratio. This method is the useful tool to design a helical gear transmission with better quality. |
