飞机轮轴裂纹产生原因

摘    要:目的查明飞机起落架轮轴成品表面镀铬部位存在裂纹缺陷;方法对飞机起落架轮轴试块进行外观检查、磁力探伤、物理性能测试、宏观分析、断口微观分析试验等;结果经过综合分析认为,起落架轮轴在存放一段时间,发现部分轮轴表面镀铬部位存在裂纹缺陷;结论产生裂纹缺陷的主要原因与镀铬层磨削过程产生的高水平残余拉应力有关,氢对其开裂有诱导作用。

Abstract:Aim To discover reasons for cracks on galvanized areas of finished wheel axles of aircraft landing gear.Methods Conduct appearance check,magnetic flaw detection,physical performance test,macro-analysis,and fracture micro-analysis.Results It is considered after comprehensive analysis that wheel axles of landing gear may have crack flaws after having been placed for a long time.Conclusion The major reason for crack flaw is the high-level residual tension stress in the grinding process of galvanized layer.Hydrogen may lead to cracks.
