| Abstract: | Ideological and political teaching must cling to scientific and evolutionary developmental notion with the student-oriented strategies that emphasizing positive effect by giving priority to autonomous education and competency improvement. Initial potential could only be motivated by adjustment and dependence via management departments to ensure coordinative and harmonious development. |
