| 摘 要： | 车牌自动识别系统能从一幅图像中自动提取车牌图像,并对字符进行分割,从而达到对字符有效识别。该技术可以从采集汽车图像中确定车牌的准确位置,能及时准确地自动识别出车牌上的数字、字母和汉字字符,并且可以通过计算机进行数据后期处理并直接输出识别结果,为实现现代交通的智能化管理提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The license plate recognition technology of the automobile can draw the license plate image automatically from a picture,and sever characters so as to recognize the characters effectively.This technology can determine the accurate position of vehicle plate from vehicle pictures collected,precisely and automatically identify digit,letter,and Chinese character on vehicle plate,and carry out data treatment through computer for the direct output of identification result,thus offering help for the intelligent management of modern traffic. |
