| 摘 要： | 使用DNA指纹鉴定技术不仅可得到可靠的否定结论,还可以得到可靠的认定结论.PCR技术极大地提高了检测生物检材的灵敏度.借助芯片技术可一次性对样品大量序列进行实时、灵敏、精确地检测和分析.从第一代分析方法应用于法庭科学开始,第二、第三代分析技术的诞生以及相继应用,使个人识别及亲子鉴定的结果愈来愈精确.

| Abstract: | DNA finger- print technology used not merely to acquire reliable negative conclusion, yet also to attain confirmed resolutions. PCR has increasingly improved sensitivity to detect biological staff. With chip technology, samples could be literally detected and analyzed simultaneously . Beginning from the first generation, the successive analyzing technologies are created to individual recognition on native birth. |
