| 摘 要： | 当今社会，企业文化对企业发展的影响力已被大多数管理者所认识，但企业文化建设中也存在一些问题，清楚地认识企业文化建设的意义及企业文化建设中存在的问题，找出解决问题的方法，才能促进企业竞争力的不断提升，真正发挥企业文化对民营企业的积极作用。
