摘    要:采用原边反馈方案设计出一款20W LED驱动电源,通过变压器初次级隔离省去了副边反馈电路,提高了驱动电源的安全性和可靠性,并节约了BOM成本。所设计的驱动电源实现了在全电压范围内输出电流精度达±5%、功率因数大于0.9、效率大于85%,使用寿命大于3万小时,电磁干扰符合EN55015限制要求,并且具备有过流保护和过压保护功能,对设计大功率LED驱动电源具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:A 20W power supply for LED driving is designed based on the primary side feedback scheme in this paper.The primary side and secondary side are isolated with a transformer and the secondary feedback circuit is omitted,so that the safety and reliability of this product is improved,the BOM cost is also cut.The output-current error percentage of the designed power supply for LED driving is less than 5%,the power factor is larger than 0.9,the efficiency is larger than 85% in the all voltage range,and the operational life span is over 30000 hours.The electromagnetic interference is in conformity with the EN55015 requirements.The current foldback and over-voltage protective functions are also integrated in it,too.This design can be a reference for high-power LED driving products.
