| 摘 要： | 电气盘箱是电气系统一个重要组成部件,其设计的好坏直接关系到系统能否有效地运行。根据盘箱的设计原则,在＂电气功能＂、＂可靠性和维修性＂、＂盒内成品布置＂、＂接口引线＂、＂热分析＂等方面综合考虑,基于CATIA、AUTOCAD、ANSYS等计算机软件完成起动接触器盒的最优设计,为盘箱的设计提出了新的思路和理念。

| Abstract: | Electric panel case is an important component of electric system,and its design has a direct bearing on the efficiency of the system.According to the design principle of electric panel case,after the comprehensive consideration of ＂electric function＂, ＂reliability and maintainability＂, ＂inside finished part layout＂, ＂interface lead＂ and ＂thermal analysis,＂ and based on computer software such as CATIA,AUTOCAD,and ANSYS,the paper completes the optimized design of starter contactor box,and offers a new idea and concept for the design of panel case. |
