摘    要:论述了国际上目前流行的一些实验数据不确定度估计方法,指出它们各自的所长及不足。基于数理统计理论,给出置信水平、概率密度函数等选取应遵循的基本原则。提出了不确定度估计方法,并对随机界限估计中不应考虑误差源随机相关问题,做了简明的数学阐述。应用本文方法对某飞机风洞吹风模型实验所得到的数据进行了不确定度分析,并与其他方法做了比较。结果表明,本文方法简洁明了,且有较高计算精度。

Abstract:Some current approaches to uncertainties of experimental data are stated advantages and drawbacks of these approaches are pointed out.Based on the theory of mathematical statistics.Foundational principles that must follow in choosing confidence level and probability density function are got.An approach for estimating uncertainties is presented.The random correlation of error source in calculating random limits should not be considered and mathematically is explained pithyly.Using the approach the uncertainty of experimental data in wind tunnel tests of an aircraft is calculated and compared with that from current approaches.The results have shown that algorithm in the paper is distinct from methods in references and has higher accuracy practicality.
