紧固件刚度不同对连接部位疲劳寿命影响的研究

摘    要:在航空器结构修理中,由于受施工条件限制或结构原连接状态的限制,可能会在修理加强件与原结构件之间的连接部位,混合使用不同剪切刚度的紧固件。本文通过疲劳寿命计算和试验,研究了结构连接部位的紧固件剪切刚度不同,对疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明,结构件之间的连接部位混合使用不同剪切刚度的紧固件,将会比较明显地降低结构连接部位的疲劳寿命。该研究成果对航空器结构设计人员和修理人员均具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Because airframe structure repair is frequently limited by operating conditions and original attachments of structural members, it is possible that fasteners different in shear stiffness are used between a reinforcing member and an original structure member. A fatigue life calculation and test was performed to investigate the influence of use of different-stiffness fasteners on structure fatigue life in repair area. The results indicate that the mixed use of different-shear stiffness fasteners will lead to obviously reduced structure fatigue life in attached area. This conclusion is worth notice by structure design engineers in airframe structure repair.
