摘    要:主要介绍了下一代战斗机在热能管理方式上的一个突破——综合环境控制/热管理系统的开发现状,下一代战斗机在设计上更注重从全机水平上考虑系统功能和效率。在这一背景下,环境控制系统的多种制冷方式联合作用,形成综合环境控制系统。更进一步,环境控制系统与热管理系统组合,形成综合环境控制/热管理系统。系统在全机范围内对热能进行管理和控制。系统考虑整个飞行包线内的设计需求,综合利用多种制冷形式和两种热沉——冲压空气和燃油,使系统在整个飞行包线内具有良好的性能,满足飞机总体需要。

Abstract:This paper presents an overview of the development of the integrated environmental control system/thermal management system (IECS/TMS) for next generation fighters. A lot of effort has been focused on improving system functions on the vehicle level for the next generation fighter. Grounding on this concept, various cooling means-air, liquid and vapor cycle-are adopted on fighter, forming an integrated ECS. Moreover the ECS is combined with TMS to form an integrated aircraft thermal conditioning system. The IECS/TMS takes the demands throughout the flight envelope into consideration, balancing heat sink to fuel and ram air as a function of vehicle fluid temperatures, ambient temperature and air speed, and finally achieves optimum performances for the fighter.
