| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于PDM的维修BOM管理方案及其软件实现，将飞机维修与设计、生产过程中相关信息集成起来，实现数据共享。以某型支线飞机产品数据管理的工程数据集BOM为出发点，根据航线可更换件的特点，利用BOM遍历搜索算法得到维修BOM。应用表明，开发系统得到的维修BOM，能够满足工程实际需要。

| Abstract: | A maintenance BOM creating method based on PDM is introduced,and corresponding aided system is presented.By integrating with PDM system,the maintenance BOM can exchange data between design and production data in consistency and real time.According to the PDM data of a certain type regional aircraft and the characteristic of line removable unit,the maintenance BOM is gained by a global searching algorithm.Application result shows that the maintenance BOM can meet the need of engineering practice. |
