腐蚀系数对化铣表面长裂纹扩展影响的定量分析

摘    要:承受拉伸载荷的试件在化学铣切圆角的根部应力集中,最易产生表面裂纹.本文给定化铣表面初始裂纹的长度,假设其形状为半圆,采用有限元法完成不同腐蚀系数下的长裂纹前沿不同计算点的多个应力强度因子分析;并用Forman扩展率公式计算给定应力比时长裂纹的扩展长度和形状.研究发现,长裂纹前沿应力强度因子表面大内部小;随着循环载荷周次的增加,圆形裂纹有向椭圆裂纹发展的趋势,采用线性回归方法得到不同腐蚀系数下椭圆长短半径比按二次曲线关系随长裂纹扩展寿命变化,直至裂纹进入失稳扩展阶段.

Abstract:The surface crack will initiate at circular bead,the stress concentration part of chemical milling specimen under tensile load.In this paper,the surface initial crack is simplified as semicircle with a given length.Finite element method(FEM)is used to study the stress intensity factor of long crack with different coefficient of corrosion;Forman equation is introduced to analyze expansion length and shape of long crack.The results show that stress intensity factor of surface point is bigger than inner point ...
