A357铸造铝合金力学性能研究

摘    要:研究TA357铸造铝合金在室温及150℃高温条件下拉伸力学性能。试验结果表明:在室温条件下,A357-T5铸造铝合金的力学性能略好TA357-T6铸造铝合金;相反,150℃高温条件下,A357-T6铸造铝合金的力学性能略好于A357-T5铸造铝合金。铸造缺陷主要是空穴或氧化铝及氧化硅沉积物。

Abstract:The Tensile Properties of A357 casting aluminum alloy are investigated at room temperature and 150℃ high temperature. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of A357-T5 casting aluminum alloy are slightly better than that of A357-T6 casting aluminum alloy at room temperature, while at 150℃ high temperature, the mechanical properties of A357-T6 casting aluminum alloy are better than that of A357-T5 casting aluminum alloy. The cast defects are porosties, or inclusions of Al2O3 or SiO2.
