| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of neighboring extremals. A neighboring optimal control law is given after the analysis of feedback strategy. Then three numerical methods are discussed: neighboring optimal feedback strategy, iterative correction method and continuous iterative correction method. The first two methods have been validated in the guidance of spacecrafts. |
