基于Hilbert-Huang变换和盲源分离的滚动轴承耦合故障诊断方法

摘    要:结合Hilbert-Huang变换和盲源分离的优点,提出一种基于Hilbert-Huang变换和盲源分离的滚动轴承耦合故障诊断方法。该方法首先对滚动轴承故障信号进行EMD分解(经验模态分解),得出各个本征模态函数IMF,并对IMF进行包络解调,然后用盲源分离方法对所得到的解调信号进行盲源分离,最后对盲分离后的信号进行频谱变换,从频谱图上可以清晰地观察出滚动轴承的故障特征频率。本文建立了转子-滚动轴承故障实验台,模拟了滚动轴承耦合故障,应用本文方法进行了实例分析,结果充分表明了本文方法较单一Hilber-Huang变换具有更好的降噪能力,更加突出了滚动轴承故障特征。
