摘    要:从飞机战伤抢修性设计评价的必要性着手,概括了抢修性评价的基本步骤。简要阐述了各种抢修性评价的方法及其优缺点,主要有试验统计法、专家评定法、模糊综合评价法、层次分析评价法、灰色关联评价法、计算机仿真评价法等。同时,本文提出了一种新的评价方法——基于特征的飞机战伤抢修性集对分析评价法,可有效解决抢修性评价中的专家分歧和不确定性等难点问题。熟练掌握和运用这些方法,可为关注飞机战伤抢修性设计的各决策部门提供可靠的决策依据。

Abstract:This paper describes the necessity of evaluating the design of aircraft combat resilience(ACR) and discusses the basic steps of evaluating ACR.Several methods for evaluating ACR are expatiated such as test statistics method,expert assessment method,fuzzy decision method,the analytie hierarchy proeess,gray correlation method and computer simulation method.Simultaneity,this paper puts forward a new evaluating method—the set pair analysis(SPA) evaluation method based on characteristic for aircraft combat resilience,which can settle in effect the difficulties about expert difference and indeterminacy of evaluating combat resilience.Conversance with these methods can lead to a reliable decision-making for all decision-making departments which attend the design of aircraft combat resilience.
