大型客机维修成本优化研究

摘    要:在设计初期通过加强可靠性设计与维修性设计降低大型客机直接维修成本(DMC),是提高大型客机经济性的有效途径。本文建立了基于可靠性设计参数和维修性设计参数的大型客机维修成本模型,采用协同优化方法对可靠性和维修性设计参数进行协同优化,寻求降低维修成本的满意设计参数。通过对维修成本模型中的设计参数的优化,给出了协同优化方法进行复杂的大型客机维修成本设计优化的一般思路。并用大型客机起落架系统的直接维修成本优化算例验证了协同优化算法解决大型客机维修成本优化问题的有效性。

Abstract:Reducing the direct maintenance cost(DMC) of airliner in the preliminary design by strengthening the reliability design and maintainability design can effectively improve the economics of airliner.In the paper,we used airliner maintenance cost model based on reliability and maintainability design parameters,to collaborative optimize the reliability and maintainability design parameters by collaborative optimization method,for seeking the satisfaction design parameters that can reduce maintenance costs.Maintenance costs design parameters optimized which gave the general ideas of collative optimization for airliner landing gear maintenance cost optimization,all of which laid the foundation for solving airliner system optimization.DMC of airliner landing gear example solves optimization problems of airliner DMC effectiveness.
