摘    要:通过构建简单模型来揭示飞行器翼面复杂结构中存在值得探讨的专题,是本文要研究的内容。以结构稳定性条件作为切入点,利用多格薄壁盒作为简化模型来模拟翼面结构的主要承力部分,巧妙地降低了问题的复杂性。其图形曲线特征表明:该优化问题的目标函数非凸不连续,而且还具有多个局部最优解;进一步的计算指出:无论是替换材料,还是增减载荷大小,或者改变几何参数的尺寸,此模型的最优结构拓扑形式均要发生变化。从本文所做的工作可以推知:无论从学术研究角度,还是工程应用方面,基于稳定性约束的翼面结构优化设计均是一个值得研究的专题。

Abstract:It is a main aim to reveal a deserved topic to be studied in aircraft wing complex structure through constructing a simple model. With structural stability conditions, we regard a multi-board and thin-walled box as a simplified model to simulate the key load-carrying part in wing structure, which makes the problem to be expressed less complicated. From fig. 2 we can obtain that the object function of the simplified model is not only non-convex and discontinuous, but also has many local optimal solutions. The further computation results indicat that whether material, load, or geometric parameters is changed, the optimal structure topology will be varied. From the work done in this paper, it can be deduced that wing structural design optimization based on stability constraints is worthwhile to research, no matter for academic discussion or engineering application.
