摘    要:为了对复合材料含孔层压板的压缩剩余强度进行快速、精确地评估,采用了有限元渐进损伤剩余强度分析方法。使用Tsai-Wu准则作为强度判据,使用Abaqus用户子程序USDFLD对破坏的单元进行刚度折减。单元的刚度折减采用材料性能退化的方法实现。对复合材料含孔层压板进行有限元渐进损伤分析,得到了含孔层压板的破坏过程、破坏载荷和剩余强度,以及不同角度铺层的主要破坏类型。通过对复合材料含孔层压板压缩剩余强度的有限元分析数据与试验数据对比研究发现,使用Abaqus用户子程序USDFLD的有限元渐进损伤剩余强度分析方法得到的分析结果与试验结果非常接近。试验数据和有限元分析数据验证了Abaqus用户子程序USDFLD和刚度折减方法的正确性以及渐进损伤剩余强度分析结果的精确性。

Abstract:In order to assess the compressive residual strength of composite laminate with a hole quickly and accurately, finite element analysis (FEA) of residual strength with progressive damage is adopted. Tsai-Wu criterion was applied as strength criterion. Stiffness degradation of elements carried out by Abaqus user subroutine USDFLD and realized by material property degradation. Failure process, failure load and residual strength of composite laminate with a hole and the main failure modes of layers with different orientation were gotten by the progressive damage FEA of composite laminate with a hole. By the comparative study of the FEA data and experiment data of compressive residual strength of composite laminate with a hole, it was shown that the results gotten by the two methods were in close proximity. The correctness of Abaqus user subroutine USDFLD and stiffness degradation method and the accuracy of residual strength analysis with progressive damage were proved by the data of FEA and experiment.
