MSC.ADAMS虚拟仿真在应急门打开机构中的应用

摘    要:机构的运动是一个伴随诸多因素的复杂过程,采用常规的解析法无法获得较为准确的求解。为了更加真实地分析机构的运转,在某型号应急门打开机构的研发中引入了MSC.ADAMS多体动力学分析平台。首先基于MSC.ADAMS软件虚拟仿真了应急舱门的打开机构,根据适航条例的要求,确定了打开机构驱动系统性能参数;然后通过在虚拟样机上施加机构随机载荷获得机构件的强度优化载荷输入,依据该载荷为打开机构进行强度优化,为飞机研制提供了一套行之有效的方法。

Abstract:Involving various issues, mechanism operating is such a complex course that using regular analytical method can' not get precise result. In order to simulate mechanism more veritably, we induce MSC.ADAMS platform during designing hinge mechanism of over wing emergency exit door. First creates the virtual prototype by MSC.ADAMS, defines the parameter of driving system parameters based on the requirement of airworthiness, then applies abused load on the virtual prototype to calculate the internal loads of mechanism, due to this loads to strength optimize the concept. This gives a effective way to designing new aircraft.
