| 摘 要： | 边缘连接是风挡和座舱盖透明件故障高发区,从而影响了风挡和座舱盖的正常使用。为了解决问题,本文重点介绍了两种边缘连接方式,给出了优化设计方法。同时,对影响边缘连接的因素进行了分析,并通过试验进行验证,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | There are recurrent failures in the edge joint of wind shield and canopy transparency, and interfere the normal service for wind shield and canopy. The paper give emphasis to introduce two edge joint modes, and give optimal design methods for rectifying the trouble. The paper also give failure effect analysis for the edge joints, there is validity check by test, and obtain a good result for practical purposes. |
