| Abstract: | Several major problems in the priliminary design of the M22 small sized unmanned coaxial helicopter are discussed in this paper, including selection of primary parameters, helicopter configuration, and aerodynamic interaction between the upper and lower rotors. Basic helicopter specifications, including vehicle performances, stability and control, are achieved through wide-range analysis and experimental investigation. |
