摘    要:襟、缝翼运动机构是飞机上重要的增升机构,如果其出现故障,将可能影响到飞机的安全起降,造成飞行事故。本文利用MZ-4018滚动轴承滑轨摩擦磨损试验机平台建立了滚轮滑轨的有限元模型,分析了在垂直载荷作用下模型的变形及应力场分布情况。经过与Hertz理论计算结果进行比较,验证了有限元分析的可行性,为后续研究的进行创造了条件。

Abstract:The Flaps and slots' motion mechanism is very important to increase lift of aircraft.If the failure occurs,may affect the safety of aircraft when taking off and landing,caused the flight accident.We built a wheel-rail finite element model in this paper through MZ-4018 friction and wear tester platform.It analyzed the deformation and stress field distribution of modal under vertical load affecting.Compared to the results of Hertz theory calculation,verified the feasibility of finite element analysis,and created conditions for continuing follow-up study.
