叶顶间隙和叶片表面粗糙度对离心压气机性能的影响

摘    要:为充分研究叶顶间隙和叶片表面粗糙度对某型离心压气机工作性能的影响,文章分别对不同间隙和粗糙度情况下压气机的工况仿真计算,得到不同的特性线。分析表明:叶顶间隙和粗糙度越大,增压比和效率越低,粗糙度由 0.03mm减小到 0.01mm,增压比大约提高了 1.5%,工作效率大约提高了 1%,叶顶间隙由 0.6mm减小到 0.1mm,增压比大约提高了 10%,工作效率提高了 2.5%。该研究结果对下一步的改进设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to study the roughness of the blades and tip clearance effect on centrifugal compressor performance, theconditions of different roughness and different tip clearance were simulated. The analysis results showed that the biggerthe lip clearance or the larger the roughness, the less the pressure ratio and efficiency. That was to say when the roughnessis reduced from 0.03 mm to 0. 01 mm, the pressure ratio was increased of 1.5%, the efficiency was increased of 1%; whenthe tip clearance was reduced from 0.6mm to 0.1mm, the pressure ratio was increased of 10%, the efficiency was increasedof 2.5%. The study results were important to improve the design.
